3. Delivery and Pickup

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before the cut-off time stated on our website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Emma’s Flowershop will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or items may not always be in stock. If substitutions are necessary, we will ensure that the replacement is of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are considered final once confirmed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
Since flowers are perishable items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is clear proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility
The recipient must be available at the delivery location on the agreed schedule. If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers may be left with a representative or at the guard/reception unless otherwise instructed.
Customers are responsible for proper care of the flowers once received.
7. Limitation of Liability
Emma’s Flowershop is not liable for delays, non-deliveries, or damages caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, accidents, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited only to the value of the order placed.
